Golf Cart Rental Information

The golf cart rental rate is $50 per day and is billed, before arrival, for the full length of your stay:

• 2-night stay: $100

• 3-night stay: $150

• 4 nights or more: (Complimentary Cart)

The golf cart is parked in the alleyway behind the pool house and is covered with a cart cover.

The key is located in a lockbox on the front porch, hanging from the porch post.

To add this upgrade, please message us in advance so we can send payment request.

Important Use Instructions:

• Remove the cart cover & Wheel Lock before use and place both inside the trunk of the cart to prevent damage or loss.

• After use, please:

• Plug the cart back in

• Reinstall the wheel lock

• Place the cart cover back on

• Return the key to the lockbox

For safety and legal compliance, no one under the age of 16 is permitted to operate the golf cart on public streets in Carlton Landing. Violations may result in tickets, towing, or impoundment. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the golf cart and any damages incurred during the rental period. While we understand this can be disappointing for younger guests, these rules must be followed to comply with community regulations.

Please treat the golf cart with care, as if it were your own, and enjoy the convenience it adds to exploring the community.

Waterfall Safety: No jumping from the waterfall. Conditions can change quickly. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries.

The cost to heat the pool is $75 per day, billed, before arrival, for the full length of your stay:

• 2-night stay: $150
• 3-night stay: $225
• 4-night stay: $300

Please note, there is no profit to Firefly Adventures on pool heating. The cost reflects propane usage and delivery, which are highly expensive—we simply break even. The propane tank will be filled specifically for your stay to ensure availability.

Important Reminder:

Please turn the pool heater off immediately after everyone is finished swimming. Leaving the heater on overnight can quickly deplete the supply that is in the propane tank and may impact your ability to heat the pool for the remainder of your stay. Allowing the tank to run completely empty can also cause an airlock.

How to Turn on the Pool Heater

1. Enter through the back gate from the alleyway, located on the right side of the pool house, near where the golf cart is parked.
2. Once inside the gate, you’ll see a white lockbox mounted on the fence to your right.
3. Lockbox Code: XXXX  
4. Inside the box, locate the 20-amp breaker in the very bottom-right corner and switch it ON.
5. Close the box.
6. Wait 15–30 seconds—you should hear the brown heater unit to your right ignite and the burner turn on.
7. Allow approximately 2–3 hours for the pool to heat. Colder temperatures may limit the pool’s ability to reach 90°F.

Shutting the Heater Off (Very Important)

• Once swimming is finished, turn the 20-amp breaker OFF.
• On the day of departure, please ensure the following:
   
  • The 20-amp breaker is switched OFF
  • The lockbox is closed and locked

This ensures you do not run out of propane completely empty.
