Carlton Landing is a thoughtfully designed lakeside community known for its charm, walkability, and strong sense of neighborly respect. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the trails, community spaces, marina, and seasonal events while being mindful that this is also a full-time residential community. Quiet hours, courteous parking, and respectful behavior help preserve the special atmosphere that makes Carlton Landing such a sought-after destination.

Firefly Adventures is operated with the goal of providing a higher standard of hospitality than a typical vacation rental. We take great pride in offering an immaculate, well-maintained property that feels elevated, comfortable, and intentional. Regarding the property farmhouse, we ask that guests treat the home with the same care and respect they would their own. Many features—furnishings, finishes, and décor—have been intentionally selected to create a warm, refined experience. Please follow all house guidelines, especially those related to check-in, check-out, and use of amenities, as they help us maintain consistency for every guest before and after your stay.

Most importantly, we want you to feel at home while knowing we’re always here if you need anything. Please take the time to walk through the entire home and make yourself familiar with it - open cabinets and closets, and explore the kitchen, including the cabinets above the washer and dryer, so you can truly feel at home. We've thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you need for a 5-Star experience.

The community fire pit in front of the home is stocked with firewood by Carlton Landing HOA. It's a place to gather, roast marshmallows or just snuggle up to your loved ones.
