Arrival & Check-in

To ensure every guest arrives to a beautifully prepared, spotless, and thoughtfully staged home, we follow structured arrival times that allow our team to deliver a true resort-level experience.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on your arrival date.

Between each stay, our team completes a full property refresh that includes:

• Comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning

• Laundry, drying, and replacement of all linens and towels

• Bed preparation across seven beds

• Amenity restocking and detail staging

Because of the extensive nature of this process, early check-in cannot be guaranteed in advance.

However, when the home is left in exceptional condition by the departing guest and cleaning is completed ahead of schedule, we may be able to offer early access. Early check-in availability is determined only after our inspection walk-through following the prior guest’s departure at 10:00 AM.

If you would like to inquire about early check-in, please feel free to reach out. We are always happy to accommodate when possible and will notify you if availability opens.

For your convenience and safety, we’ll provide a secure, private link that contains your door access details. This link is unique to your reservation and can only be viewed by you.

How to Enter the Home:

• Upon arrival, enter (4-digit code) on the keypad, then press the checkmark (✔️) to unlock the door.
• Both homes on the property are set to the same access code to make entry simple and seamless during your stay.

How to Lock the Door When Leaving:

• When departing the property, press the small white button located at the top of the keypad.
• This will automatically lock the doors to both homes.

For added security, door codes are changed between every stay, and only our team has access to the current codes. At Firefly Adventures, guest safety and privacy are a top priority, and we take every measure to ensure you can relax and enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
